With an assumed order a magnitude of 30% must be paid. The guests are kindly requested to pay the remaining balance on the takeover of the apartment. The payment/depost will be made in the directorate from 10.30 to 11.30 and from 18.00 to 19.30.
Payment is accepted in cash up to € 3000,00. The dates of the application are mandatory.
You can check in between 16.00 and 20.00 o'clock. In case of late arrival the apartment will be kept to 16.00 o'clock of the following day, subject to a notification of the guest. After with period the reservation is invalid.
Guests are asked to leave the apartment clean and in order (rinsed dishes and pots).
The apartment must be vacated on departure at least at 10.00 o'clock.
Apartments in masonry, 2 and 3 rooms, with running hot and cold water, complete indoor plumbing, shower, kitchen and veranda. The units are equiped with bed linen, cutlery, crockery, fridge, gas stove etc.
The apartments are directly on the beach. The village offers private sandy beach, shop, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, tabacco and animation. Distance to the village of about 800 m.
CANCELLATIONS will be accepted only by registered letter or telegramm within 30 days of the start of the stay to obtain a refund of 50% of the prepayment. After this deadline the booking will be canceled and it applies the entire deposit as lost.
